Northern Ridge Painting & Remodeling LLC is a full-service painting, carpentry, hardwood flooring, and composite decking company. We specialize in exterior painting, interior painting, rot repair, hardwood flooring installation and refinishing, composite decking changeovers, PVC trim installation, and kitchen cabinet refinishing and painting. We offer a design showroom in Hampton, NH equipped to help clients choose paint colors, hardwood flooring products and finishes, and composite decking materials.
Our Story
Northern Ridge Painting and Remodeling was established in 2009 and has slowly grown into one of the premier painting and light remodeling companies in New Hampshire, Northeastern Massachusetts and Southernmost Maine. We believe that customer service is the most important part of running a service industry business. Our ability to communicate before, during and after the project sets us apart from most other contracting companies. Cole Evans
Cole grew up in northeast Ohio before moving to Seabrook, NH in 2010. He attended the University of Massachusetts-Lowell, receiving his degree in Business Finance and Management. Before joining the Northern Ridge team, Cole worked as a Data Analyst for Pro Football Focus. Throughout his college years, Cole spent his free time working for a respected painter in the New Hampshire seacoast area. That painting experience combined with his business background help bring value to the team as a Project Manager. He currently resides on the NH Seacoast and enjoys all things sports and outdoors.
Sean Cotter
Sean grew up in Hampton, NH and graduated from Winnacunnet High School. He attended the University of New Hampshire in Durham and graduated with a B.A in Political Science. Sean spent his high school, college and post graduation years working as a professional painter for a highly respected Hampton NH painting company. Sean brings over ten years of painting/management experience to the Northern Ridge team and his attention to detail is second to none.
Holly Beck
Holly grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Central Catholic High School. She enlisted in the United States Coast Guard upon graduation and spent twenty years as a highly respected Diesel Machinery Technician at stations up and down the east coast, achieving the rank of Chief Machinery Technician in 2018. She retired from the Coast Guard in 2022. Holly brings incredible organization and problem solving skills to her role as sales manager, helping our customers navigate from initial contact all the way through project completion. Holly resides in Massachusetts with her husband and spends her free time working on her classic cars, attending car club events and creating beautiful custom stained glass art – see it on instagram at @afterlife_glass.
Brandon O’Brien
Brandon grew up in Massachusetts and graduated from Newburyport High School. Brandon joined the United States Marine Corps out of high school and spent 8 years traveling the world as a maintenance data specialist. Brandon currently resides in Massachusetts with his fiance and kids and enjoys watching them play sports and game nights.
Brian Alexander
Brian grew up in Merrimac, MA. He attended Umass Amherst as part of the Isenberg School of Management. He has worked in the trades for 22 years and brings a wealth of construction/business management knowledge to Northern Ridge. Brian founded Northern Ridge in 2009 after managing large painting and flooring franchises. He currently resides in the Seacoast area of NH with his wife and son. Brian is an avid fisherman and enjoys music, the outdoors and classic trucks.

We employ a diverse group of painters and carpenters from both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. All of our crews are insured and licensed to work on your project. We only employ professional level carpenters and painters with years of experience.
